In an effort to improve system practices, Aiken County School District is conducting a Parent Survey. We value your opinion and ask that you take the time to complete this survey. Please be assured that your responses will be anonymous. Your honest opinion is appreciated. One survey should be completed for each child enrolled in Aiken County Public Schools .
It is with pleasure that I welcome you to a new school year at Paul Knox Middle School! I am looking forward to a great year, and I encourage every student to take full advantage of the numerous academic and extra-curricular opportunities that are available to each of you.
Every year students face higher and higher expectations as they transition through their school years. These school years set the foundation for their future success. I encourage all of our students to work diligently, to study hard, and to constantly strive for academic success. Again, these years will impact your future.
Student agendas are provided to all students and are designed to support student achievement and enhance school-to-home communication. Students are encouraged to use their agenda every day to write down homework assignments, class projects and important due dates. Parents are encouraged to frequently review this agenda and offer necessary assistance and support at home to help ensure your student’s academic progress.
Parents, I encourage you to access the power school parent portal . This portal allows you to gain real time access to your student's grades. Please see our office staff to obtain your confidential password and ID.
We have a great faculty and staff at Paul Knox Middle School and working together with parents and students, we look forward to a great year filled with excitement and academic success!
